Checking Your Roll Size

Here’s a little hint if you don’t know what size paper roll your credit card machine requires. All PDQ (card machine) rolls are a standard width which is 57mm. This is the first number in any roll dimensions (e.g. 57mm x 40mm). The second number is the diameter of the roll and this changes depending on the type of machine that you have. If you are ever unsure, err for the smaller roll as this will prevent you from tearing off, and wasting, lots of paper. You can, of course, use our exhaustive database but your machine may not be listed, so this is an extra tip!
