Returns Policy

You can return any unwanted items within 28 days for a refund, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging and condition.

Items must be returned at the customers expense.

Items returned must be in a resaleable condition. This includes all outer packaging which must be intact.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards and payment can also be made by cheque, cash or bacs payments. In certain cases we can also accept official purchase orders from PLC companies and Local Authorities.

VAT

All prices on this website exclude VAT, charged at 17.5%

Guarantee

All of our new products come with a 12 month manufacturer's guarantee (unless stated). This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy

Tillfood.co.uk values your privacy. We will not swap / share / sell your information to anyone.

Security

We are confident our site and payment process is 100% secure. We have systems in place to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
