You can find all our contact details here.
Is roll size important?
In short, yes it does. You should always use a roll size that is the maximum diameter that will work for your printer. Using smaller rolls will mean they will run out more quickly and larger rolls will not fit.
Is core size important?
Core size can be very important in some printers where the core is used by a mechanism to feed the paper. Getting the core size wrong will mean it wont work. In other printers, the core rests in a cradle and the core size is less important, though bigger cores will mean less paper on the roll.
Can I use other roll types in a thermal printer?
No. Only thermal rolls will work in thermal printers.
Is paper quality really that important?
Yes. Poor quality paper could mean you invalidate your warranty and cause a drastic drop in image quality. Low quality papers can also cause problems with dust and this can jam the printer or reduce the life of components inside.
How can I stop the paper curling?
By using high quality paper you can reduce this effect. It mostly occurs when you are reaching the end of the roll and even with a high quality paper there will always be a small amount of curling.
